Joining Planning Team (PT) is a great way to:

  • Gain leadership experience and skills to leverage on job or graduate school applications

  • Grow within an organization as we allow our PT members to change/join new teams and apply to be a director

  • Learn more about DP and the work we do

  • Have an impact on our service-learning opportunities and the City of Detroit

We ask all our applicants to rank their top three choices for which sub-team they wish to join, so please read about each team’s role and the structure of PT here.
